I am a 40 year old mature learner pursuing a M.A. (likely in corporate ethics) next year. I have two B.A.s (in human development and fine art). I am a vegetarian, non-drinker with cultured habits.

Teaching approach seeks to emphasise creating an understanding in the learner of the background, aims and scientific methods of psychology / sociology above listings of extraneous details. It is hoped that in this way the learner will be given the confidence early in the learning cycle to research the smaller details needed to gain bonus marks on their own initiative. learner will be shown how to best structure essays and suggestions as to best structure self-directed learning in their free time schedule.
lesson length is negotiable (though 30 minutes to an hour per session is the preferred duration). Tutor will be at hand through email to promptly answer any question the learner has.
