Until recently I held senior positions at UK Universities, previously as course leader for adult nursing and then as Head of Department. I have edited a nursing textbook and authored over 30 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters in the field of nursing ethics. I sit on the editorial board for a highly ranked nursing journal
