About Freya
As a Saxophone tutor with 9 years of experience, I have had the privilege of teaching nearly 150 students at different skill levels. I focus on helping students build strong fundamentals and gradually advance toward complex techniques.
My lessons emphasize proper posture, breath control, tone improvement, finger coordination, and rhythm studies. Once students are comfortable, I introduce advanced skills like dynamics, phrasing, improvisation, and performance preparation.
I personalize my teaching style to match each student’s needs and pace. I use clear explanations, demonstrations, and practical exercises to ensure understanding.
One of my unique strengths is motivating students to practice regularly and stay disciplined. I aim to build both technical excellence and stage confidence in every learner.

I personalize lessons based on the student’s goals and learning speed. I teach breath management, tone consistency, articulation control, and rhythm accuracy in a systematic manner.
I encourage students to understand the musical meaning behind every piece they play. Accountability is maintained through regular assessments, structured practice schedules, and clear progress tracking.
I provide honest and detailed feedback to support steady growth. Integrity ensures professionalism and sincere dedication in every session. In addition to Saxophone, I also teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Harmony basics, and Improvisation techniques to help students become well-rounded and expressive musicians.
