About Victor
I am a professional of sports, with professional formation of superior degree of sport and more than 5 years of experience in Personal training. Recently I complemented my training with a Fitness Activities course with musical support: Indoor Cycle, Cross training, Pilates ... I am also a swimming teacher so whatever you like to improve or learn, here I am to help you!

My method of teaching is based on trying to explain in the simplest possible way the reason of things, so that the student can obtain a certain autonomy and develop in the best possible way. I particularly like the functional, dynamic and fun training, and if it is outdoors better. I am also a lover of Pilates with its postural benefits.
