About Ciara
I have trained dancers, gymnasts, and cheerleaders for 12 years. I’ve spent my entire life studying anatomy and practicing athletics. I currently train 2 different gymnastics teams and have hundreds of dance acro students across the country. Whatever skill you need, I can help you achieve; all I need is your commitment to try! I’ll tell you what we need; all you need to do is stick to the plan!
