I've spent the last 11 years training and studying health and fitness. Now I would like to help others in a manner that I wish I could've been helped. The sports and nutrition field of study can be difficult to navigate when you don't understand the purpose of a theory, I enjoy helping others understand this and how it applies to various clients.
