About Olivier
Sport has been a central part of my life for over 20 years. Throughout this time, I have trained consistently, combining professional education with extensive self-directed learning, always grounded in real-life experience and daily personal development.
I have never believed in prejudice or limits imposed from the outside. Over the years, I have proven that it is possible to be strong and muscular while also performing at a high level in endurance disciplines such as trail running and mountain marathons. For me, the body is a tool that adapts when the mindset is right.
I am demanding of myself because I believe that effort, discipline, and consistency are the foundations of any real and lasting change. Training is not just physical work; it is a way to organize the mind, build confidence, and regain control over oneself in a society that is becoming increasingly comfortable and disconnected from effort.
I have worked in both individual and group training settings. Through my association, Kolossal Training, I have coached large groups, supporting dozens of people from very different backgrounds in their physical and mental development. I have also worked as a gym trainer and as an official coach for events such as Spartan Race, where I have prepared hundreds of participants to reach the starting line.
Through training and the hybrid approach I apply, my goal is to help you develop both physical and mental strength, and to build a more resilient, self-aware, and capable version of yourself.

I work with a clear, natural, and progressive approach, tailored to each person and their actual level. My sessions focus not only on physical training, but also on the mental development, consistency, and discipline required for real and lasting improvement.
In addition to being a personal trainer, I am also a mental coach and a trainer specialized in hybrid training and Spartan-style obstacle course races. Over the years, I have practiced and tested a wide range of methods — strength training, bodybuilding, hypertrophy, cross-training, functional training, and trail running — and have taken part in several mountain races and marathons, always drawing from real, first-hand experience.
I have trained, and continue to train, people with very diverse profiles, including:
- Military personnel and civil guards preparing for demanding physical tests
- Teenagers who want to gain strength, confidence, and self-belief
- Men over 40 who want to feel strong and look good again
- Adult women, including those going through menopause, who aim to improve fitness, energy levels, and overall well-being
- Overweight or obese individuals who want to lose weight, improve their health, and build sustainable habits
I also have training in sports nutrition, which allows me to guide training and lifestyle changes in a realistic, coherent way, adapted to each individual’s goals — without extremes or unrealistic promises.
Sessions can take place in my own private, fully equipped training space with an outdoor area (garden), at the client’s home, or in a weight room, depending on personal preferences and objectives.
I firmly believe there is no better coach than someone who lives what they teach. I am demanding of myself, and I transmit that mindset in a positive way, helping each person grow stronger, more confident, and more disciplined — both physically and mentally. Sport is a fundamental part of my life, and my goal is to guide you through safe, effective, and sustainable training so you can build a stronger, more capable version of yourself.
