About Phil
I am a registered CIMSPA Practitioner with over 10 years' experience in gym-based exercise. I also have rehabilitation experience having worked in the physiotherapy department at a local hospital.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist with Premier Global NASM, and hold additional qualifications in nutrition and health improvement.
