About Blanca
I grew up having a complicated relationship with physical activity: I didn't like moving and I couldn't get hooked on anything. That's why, after going through many personal trainers, I understood the need to adapt a moment as personal as training to each person, respecting likes, needs and goals and seeking harmony in it.
