About Michael
As a high school physical education teacher I love to teach. I have done this for 8 years and am now looking to branch out and help those outside of the high school environment also. I have an excellent knowledge racquet sports including tennis, padel and table tennis. I love all sports however, you will usually find me in the gym, playing volleyball, football or golf. I love health and fitness and would be delighted in helping you on your fitness journey.
