About Leandra
I teach since 3 years to large groups (about 60 people), children and also individual coaching. I approach my sessions in a fun way to the greatest happiness of my students. It happens to work in music which brings an additional dynamic.

High level athlete in judo still in activity.
I am Portuguese, I represent my country at the World, European and International Championships.
In France since 6 years I speak Portuguese, fluently French, English and Spanish. This allows me to coach you in the language of your choice.
My sessions are fun. I propose you individualized and followed coaching sessions, to answer you in order to reach you goals.

Nowadays, this discipline is reaching out to a wider audience, without age limit, who have not necessarily practiced sport before and who are looking for a leisure focused on culture and physical maintenance.

- muscular reinforcement
- improvement of the balance
- improvement of the psychomotor capacities
- improvement of the general coordination of the limbs
