About Akothirene
I am Bachelor of Physical Education (UNESP) Master of Medical Sciences (HCFMUSP) and I work with assembly and consulting in personalized training (weight training, functional, aerobic and / or pilates). Training: strength, hypertrophy and aerobic, aiming to promote health and well-being, as well as strengthen body muscles. The target audiences are: obese people with cardiovascular and / or pulmonary diseases, and people free of pathologies.

I have a degree in Physical Education from UNESP-Campus Rio Claro, Master in Medical Sciences from FMUSP. I have courses (UNESP, USP, UNICAMP, HARVARD edx-online) in exercise physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, first aid, pilates, functional training, gymnastics (localized, biking, stretching and flexibility), I attend diabetes conferences, hypertension and the like (ANAD, Metabolic Syndrome, Celafiscs, Core 360, AHA, FASEB).
