About Oceane
Bonjour! I’m Océane, a native French speaker from the south of France. I have over 5 years' experience teaching French online and different settings. I have lived in the UK for almost ten years, so I understand the challenges of learning and using another language.
I speak French, English and Spanish so I draw on my own experience of learning languages to understand what really helps students make progress and what can make learning feel difficult or frustrating.
My lessons are friendly, practical and personalised. I use the methods, activities and explanations that helped me learn, while avoiding approaches that feel stressful, repetitive or ineffective.
I am patient and encouraging, and I create a relaxed environment where students can ask questions, make mistakes and improve naturally.
