About Sigrun
I am currently studying Nutrition at Oxford Home School - something I am very passionate about and have been dancing since the age of 4.
I have a great deal of fitness experience in boxing and Cross Training and do a 5km recovery run weekly.
Fitness and Nutrition has become more than just a passion for me, it has become an everyday lifestyle. I would love to help and assist others in changing their well-being for the better.

Anxiety and stress are one of the biggest causes of depression. This can lead to poor eating habits, low self-esteem and to no physical activities.
My approach is to help change your “everyday” habits, make you more aware of the foods you eat, challenge your fitness level and create goals to optimise your lifestyle to a healthier one.
A personalised eating plan will be sent out to you after an assessment has been conducted. Workouts will consist of light weight training, cardio and a bit of Cross Training.
