About Alex
I am currently completing my masters year at The University of Manchester in Materials Science and Engineering. It has given me a great fundamental understanding in chemistry and physics and applied mathematics. I was successful in my education and I attribute this largely to my thorough approach to learning and this extends to my teaching style. I like to give my tutees a fundamental understanding, providing the skills and knowledge to allow them to be methodical in approaching problems. Something I have consciously worked on in my own studies is my exam technique, this is a vital skill that I can help with to ensure no marks are unnecessarily lost. I am confident to teach A Level and GCSE Maths, Chemistry and Physics.
