About Clémence

Hello everyone! My name is Clémence, and I’m delighted to share my passion for learning with you as your tutor for academic support, exam preparation, and personalized guidance! Since the age of five, I’ve grown up and traveled across various countries — France, Scandinavia, Australia, Latin America, and Europe — which has fueled my curiosity and love for learning. These experiences encouraged me to embrace an autodidactic and inquisitive approach to life, always focused on understanding, exploring, and mastering new skills. I’ve had the opportunity to support students of all ages and levels, both online and in person, individually and in groups. These experiences have allowed me to develop customized methods tailored to each student’s profile and goals: general academic support, preparation for the Brevet or Baccalauréat, international exams such as the TOEFL, or simply improving skills and confidence in a subject or language. I also hold the BAFA (a French certification for youth leadership and animation), which gave me the chance to work with children and teenagers and to develop fun, creative, and motivating learning methods — because learning is always easier when you enjoy it. My goal is twofold: to help you understand your courses and progress effectively, while also giving you the tools to learn, memorize, and succeed with confidence. With me, each lesson is engaging, stimulating, and adapted to your needs. My aim is simple: to help you progress, truly understand, and take pleasure in learning and discovering new things.

About the lesson

My lessons are designed for learners of all ages and levels: academic support for middle school and high school, preparation for elementary and high school exams, and various exams or competitive tests.
I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in International Relations. Having spent half of my life abroad, I was immersed from an early age in multilingual and multicultural environments, which sparked my curiosity and my passion for self-directed learning. I taught myself Spanish and German, while developing a strong interest in culture, history, geography, and all kinds of academic subjects. These experiences helped me build a highly personalized approach, tailored to each student’s needs.

My goal is not only to help you understand your coursework, but also to give you effective methods to learn, memorize, and make real progress with confidence.

My method is based on:
- Practical and interactive exercises
- Role-playing and educational games
- A variety of adapted materials: documents, videos, quizzes, etc.
- Personalized follow-up to identify your strengths and areas for improvement

A typical lesson follows a clear but flexible structure:
1. Quick assessment of knowledge and needs

My objective is simple:
