Positive reinforcement: I believe that positive reinforcement is essential for learning. I praise students for their efforts and accomplishments, and I create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Differentiated instruction: I believe that all students can succeed, regardless of their learning style or ability level. I differentiate my instruction to ensure that all students have the opportunity to learn and grow.
