About Tina
This is Tina who was born in China and came to Australia since high school. I am Mandarin native speaker and very open-minded, passionate and experienced tutor for both kids and adults. I am working in the corporate and teaching language as part-time, also, I enjoy my life with casual activity like badminton, hiking, yoga, pottery, reading etc.

This is Tina who was born in China and came to Australia since high school. I am Mandarin native speaker and very open-minded, passionate and experienced tutor for both kids and adults.
8+ years part-time Chinese language tutoring since part-time at university. I focus on HSK 1-5 for kids and adults (1 to 1 or 1 to 2 max). I use alternative textbook (New Practical Chinese Reader) upon request. The teaching methodology varies among them and culture sharing is also fun.
My available time would be after work-hour, weekend or to be discussed.
Digital material is provided.
Currently, we have a group of class schedule as below
- Monday online - now 1 to 1 adult - intermediate (welcome to join so you are interested and 2pp rate is $35/90min per person)
- Tuesday and Wednesday - now 1 to 1 kid (beginner level)
- Thursday online - now 1 to 1 adult - beginner level HSK 1
- Rate: Pay as you go AUD $40/hour per person and on-site travel charge extra $10/visit
The 1st lesson (1hr is min for site visit) will give extra free 15min for study chat and level test.
It's important to interest students for language learning and you will see how far they can surprise you on learning language.
Hence, different people have their own strength for learning language (by listening, reading etc), so understand their strength before giving the right teach methods.
