About Ashika
I am Ashika Somashekar, actor, dancer and an internationally certified yoga instructor based in Bengaluru. I have 500 hours and pre natal yoga certifications, allowing me to offer a wide range of yoga classes tailored to different needs. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I'm dedicated to helping each student feel more confident, calm, and connected to their body and minds.
In my class, I focus on personalized guidance and attention to detail, ensuring that each session is safe, effective, and enjoyable. My goal is to help you develop a balanced, sustainable yoga practice that supports your physical and mental wellbeing.
