I am persuing a degree course in yoga that means my Knowledge is much deeper than certification courses . I am devoting my time to yoga which is making my experience deeper. I will communicate easily . I will make sure that my students learn thoroughly knowing the anatomy and physiology of asanas. Warm up , asanas , pranayam, meditation will be the basic routine of the class , can change according to the requirements of the students
