About Will
I am a fully qualified, experienced, encouraging and personable teacher of French, Spanish and English as a Foreign Language. Whether you're looking to support your studies in school, you’re starting from scratch or you just love learning languages, I wholeheartedly believe that languages can be, and should be, accessible to absolutely everyone. We all have our own goals and we all learn in varying ways, so I really endeavour to tailor and deliver lessons to meet your needs. I have taught French and Spanish in UK secondary schools for 5 years and I have taught English in the French Alps and Barcelona. I really look forward to carrying my experience forwards to now begin tutoring full time!

Given that (annoyingly!) there is no one-size-fits-all approach to learning languages, I firmly believe that all lessons must be appropriately tailored to your context. Through an open dialogue we will discuss your goals: Perhaps you're burning to achieve the next grade in an exam? Or maybe you would love to successfully order food when on holiday? We will also discuss your preferred learning styles: Do you love repetition of grammar exercises and conjugations? Or do you hate grammar and would prefer to learn it implicitly through context? This may take some considered experimentation, but ultimately we will find the tailored balance that fits you and your needs. Lessons are typically 45mins - 1hour depending on the pace that feels most appropriate. I have varying experience teaching all ages 11+, so can adapt my lessons to any age.
