About Hafsa
I am an English Language and Literature graduate who is currently studying a PGCE. I have a lot of experience in teaching English in many different environments. (Schools, homes, online) English is my passion and I want to forward the passion I have on to young minds!

I structure my lessons with an introduction on what the aims for today’s lessons will be. So students are aware of what they should know by the end of the session. I start with a starter for pupils to complete to get their minds working, I always try to change my starters so pupils are not stuck doing the same thing each day. Then I will go on to teach using videos, whiteboards and reading, making the lesson as engaging as possible. I always get my students to read as it is important also. Towards the end of my lessons I ask children to rate their knowledge and ask them if they have understood the learning objectives for the day. This is to address any misconceptions they may have.
