About Patrick
Born and raised in Toronto, ON, I received a bachelor's degree (first-class honours) in mechanical engineering from Queen's University. Now I live in New York city, conducting fundamental-level energy research as a PhD candidate at Columbia University. Outside of academia, I enjoy hockey, golf, baseball, and reading historical fiction.

Together we will work through your homework problems, where I will strive to give you a solid understanding of not just the solution steps, but the underlying fundamentals. I developed a long list of tried-and-tested learning methods while an undergraduate student, which I continue to employ as a PhD candidate at Columbia University. I will teach them to you, and together we will discover that math and science can be fun and easy!
My lessons are for two types of students:
1. High school students studying calculus, vectors, physics, statistics, or chemistry.
2. Undergraduate engineering students studying thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinematics, dynamics, control theory, solid mechanics, linear algebra, or fluid mechanics.
