About Sarah
I am a current PhD candidate at The University of Sydney studying immunology and infectious diseases. I have a Bachelor of Medical Science and Class 1 honours in Immunology from USYD. I was awarded the Deans list of academic excellence award during my undergraduate degree and hope I can get my students to love science like have throughout my high school and university experience.

I have been tutoring HSC biology since 2019, as well as undergraduate immunology/microbiology units since 2022. I have an in-depth knowledge of the HSC syllabus, and a particular passion for modules 7 (Immunology) which I have found to be the unit students struggle most with.
I am friendly and encouraging tutor. I believe students learn best when they are not too stressed to ask for help and give questions a go even if they're unsure. I have accumulated lots of practice papers, worksheets, and questions to use in sessions. I also have a wealth of study techniques to help students cope with the quantity of information in the biology syllabus. I am happy to help with exam prep and written assignments (research/writing quality).
