About Jason
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry that focused mostly in analytical techniques and organic synthesis. After completing my degree, I worked in the analytical chemistry field for 2 years for an environmental institution (AMSA). I also obtained a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering while conducting research in the polymer nanocomposites area. Lastly, I was conferred a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering for my work designing and manufacturing a 3D neural electrode using electrospun conductive microfibrous membranes. Currently, I am electrodepositing graphene coatings on Pt electrode arrays as a research fellow in a NHMRC grant executed between Monash University, UNSW and the Bionics Institute.

Jason has been my final year project supervisor who helped me do all the neural electrode related training and consolidate my knowledge of electrochemistry. He has been very patient and friendly, and he knows well how to explain complicated things in an easy way. I strongly recommend you to take his lessons where you can deepen your knowledge in chemistry (Jason has a chemistry background and he's a real expert) and learn how to implement it in your study or career.
