I teach active lessons with the goal to both teach students given material and instruct them in the structures of thinking needed to build further knowledge in the future. I am experienced as a university-level instructor and have demonstrated expertise in academic writing. These skills enable me to teach a variety of kinds of students effectively, but my tutoring is best suited for students looking to sharpen their performance in: the humanities (including but not limited to art history, cinema studies, and English); history; and the French language.
