I would keep my classes very interactive by asking tons of questions. Giving time and space for students to ask me questions. Realizing that making classes interesting with a few jokes aids the mind to work better. Give assignments to students which are thorough and also have challenging to easy questions. I never miss class or am late to class. I believe in being discplined more than hard working. If you study for two hours then you should do nothing else then. Discpline has brought me to this point where I was rated as the best student in my PhD in Canada. I have 5 years of teaching experience to undergraduate students in Mathematics and Economics.
