About Mairead
I am a kind, patient person who enjoys the learning process, both as a student and a tutor. I find I learn best when the topics are fun and engaging and tend to present my lessons in the same manner. As I am still on my educational journey, I understand that it can be stressful and therefore aim to simplify topics as much as possible and encourage the student to engage and ask questions as much as is needed.

I am a patient kind tutor, that likes to understand how the student thinks and learns best. Typically lessons last 45 mins-1 hour. Prior to returning to education I was an equestrian instructor specialising in therapeutic lessons for people with disabilities. I am a assistant lecturer for subjects within the veterinary field as part of my PhD. The sessions are suitable for students in second and third level education.
