About Celia
I have a master's degree in European law, obtained with honors. Today, I am a doctoral student in European law.
I have been giving private lessons in public law and European law for a year. Two students have already succeeded in raising their TD averages in public law and in European law by 4 and 6 points to obtain more than the average.
