About Rivkah
I am a 30 year old part-time charity worker with a PhD in Philosophy living in North London. I was awarded a first class honours degree in Philosophy from University College London and then a distinction in an Mst at the University of Oxford.
My PhD research focused on the Philosophy of Science. During my PhD I taught on a variety of courses for a variety of students including medical students, philosophy students at undergraduate and post graduate level and people in prison. From my comprehensive philosophy background I can offer the necessary foundational content knowledge and, more importantly, help students engage with the subject matter in an effective way. As well, from my extensive experience within academia I am very well equipped to assist students in their applications and exams for their dream university.
I also achieved an A in my Maths A-Level and had marks above 90 in all my core papers. Due to my strong analytic skills and core understanding of the mathematical concepts up to A-Level, I am confident in helping students reach their potential by helping them to develop comprehensive understanding of core concepts so that they can confidently tackle all exam questions and school lessons. Beyond my academic interests, I thoroughly enjoy all things art and culture and spend my weekends exploring London galleries and reading literature.
