About Carryn
I was never introduced to philosophy until university. Before then I was naturally inquisitive. Grew up in a Christian Family and the Bible was my first source of questioning.
I also tutor Philosophy at my university and Love planting. Sharing what I know is entertaining for some, other's find rigorous thinking rather unnecessary. But just as being a medical practitioner is designated for some, also philosophy is not for everyone.
With my constant curiosity and Focus in class I became class rep since second year.
At the Same time I have been working at a family resturant, which also helped equip me with people skills.

I prefer to choose certain concepts or topics and then before teaching about the very same topics I ask students of what they've learned in class or how they understand it. I allow students a chance to think about it... There's always a long pause unless someone blurts out the answer.
This works for me personally for when the answer does come there are already memory glands developed, as a result of having thought long and hard about the work.
