About Hannah
Hi there! I’m Hannah, a Philosophy PhD student and literacy educator who loves helping students become more confident and capable writers. I currently work at the Free Library of Philadelphia as a Literacy Enrichment After-School Program Leader, where I guide students through fun, creative ways to strengthen their reading and writing skills.
I’ve worked with K–12 and college students on all kinds of English and writing projects, including but not limited to college application essays, creative writing projects, writing assignments for college classes, and more. My approach is friendly, flexible, and focused on what each student needs most. I believe everyone can be a strong writer with the right support, and I enjoy helping students find their voice and feel proud of their progress.
Whether you’re polishing a paper or just want to feel more confident expressing your ideas, I’m here to help you every step of the way!

I focus on helping students feel confident and capable in their writing. I’ve worked with K–12 and college students on everything from essays and research papers to creative writing projects. What sets me apart is my ability to adapt lessons to each learner’s needs. Whether supporting younger students in mastering the basics or guiding college students through complex essays and research papers, my lessons are designed to make writing approachable and purposeful.
A typical session starts with checking in on goals and challenges, then moving into guided practice and feedback that students can apply right away. What really sets me apart is my ability to make writing feel less intimidating and more rewarding. I love showing students that with the right tools and strategies, they can express their ideas clearly and confidently.
