About Zelie
My fascination with physics began with questions about the fundamental laws governing the universe, from planetary motion to particle interactions. This interest inspired me to pursue a B.Sc in Physics and an M.Sc in Theoretical Physics, providing a thorough understanding of both fundamental theory and analytical methods. Over 10 years, I have guided students at all levels to develop conceptual clarity, analytical thinking, and confidence in tackling challenging problems.
I emphasize patience, adaptability, and engagement in teaching. Many students initially find equations, multi-step derivations, and abstract concepts daunting, so I break content into manageable portions, use visual examples, and encourage inquiry-based learning. My approach fosters active thinking, problem-solving, and independent reasoning, building both competence and curiosity.
Outside the classroom, I stay informed about current research, experimental advancements, and pedagogical innovations. This enriches lessons with relevance and real-world context, allowing students to connect concepts to tangible applications. Witnessing learners progress from confusion to understanding, develop confidence, and cultivate intellectual curiosity is deeply rewarding. Supporting students to achieve mastery and passion for physics is the most fulfilling aspect of my career.
