I'm Shah, and when I'm not diving into the captivating world of my Ph.D. research in Physics, I'm on a mission: making both math and physics not just comprehensible, but downright thrilling for students like you!
Here's the deal: I know that both math and physics can sometimes seem like they're full of endless formulas and concepts that could make your head spin. But guess what? Behind every equation and theorem is an exciting story waiting to be told. Whether it's the art of calculating the quickest route to your favorite hangout spot (thanks, math!) or understanding the forces that keep your skateboard in motion (hello, physics!), these subjects are everywhere and in everything.
My teaching approach? It's all about connection and engagement. We'll connect theories to real-world scenarios, throw in some fascinating stories from my own research escapades, and maybe even crack a joke or two along the way. I focus on understanding the basics first. then we can go toward the specific problem sets to use our knowledge and solve them.
I have taught students from 5th grade to undergrad, so I am adaptive to different education levels. Most importantly, I understand every student has a different approach to learning. I respect that approach and make the study plan accordingly.
