About Hayden
My passion for physics began with a fascination for the fundamental laws that govern the universe. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Physics followed by an M.Sc in Applied Physics, equipping me with a deep understanding of classical and modern physics principles. Over 11 years, I have taught students at all levels, helping them develop both conceptual understanding and problem-solving confidence through structured guidance, examples, and experimentation.
I focus on patient, adaptable teaching, breaking down complex concepts into clear, understandable steps. Many students feel overwhelmed by abstract topics or challenging calculations, so I emphasize active learning, hands-on examples, and iterative problem-solving. Every student receives personalized support to ensure mastery and intellectual growth.
Outside teaching, I stay engaged with physics through research articles, experiments, and exploring emerging topics. Witnessing students grow from uncertainty to clarity, curiosity, and confidence is deeply rewarding. Supporting learners in building both academic competence and a genuine appreciation for the physical world remains the most fulfilling part of my professional journey.

Physics lessons are structured to make complex phenomena comprehensible, exciting, and applicable. I guide learners through classical mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity and magnetism, waves, optics, and modern physics, connecting abstract principles to observable phenomena. Lessons emphasize problem-solving, conceptual reasoning, and practical applications to build confidence and mastery. I encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and explore alternative approaches to challenges.
Beginners focus on fundamental topics such as motion, force, energy, units, and measurement, gradually building problem-solving skills. Intermediate learners engage with circuit analysis, wave behavior, kinematics, and thermodynamics through interactive examples and stepwise derivations. Advanced learners explore relativity, quantum concepts, particle physics, and astrophysical applications, developing strong analytical and mathematical reasoning. Each session integrates demonstrations, guided exercises, and reflective discussions to reinforce understanding and critical thinking.
Physics education also fosters logical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, and resilience. Students develop confidence in tackling both conceptual and mathematical challenges, applying knowledge to real-world situations, and building analytical skills transferable across subjects.
