About Ella
Hello! My name is Ella and I am a 20 year old 3rd year physics student at the University of Manchester. From studying for my own GCSEs and A levels to now pursuing my master's degree, I have a complete understanding of the foundations of physics and expanding knowledge of the wider scientific world that I love to share with my students. During my A levels, I learnt how to study effectively and efficiently so that now I know how to navigate mark schemes, combat complex topics, and which revision methods are worth your time. This helped me to score an A* in both maths and physics, and continues to support my studies at university. I hope I can help you too!

My teaching experience has covered a wide range; from year 7 maths to A level physics, I am happy to work with any age or skill level. The length and time of my sessions are entirely flexible so we can change it up each week or work with the same schedule every time - whichever works best for you! I prefer to tailor each lesson to what the student prefers; one lesson, we might go through a past paper and in another, we might solidify any weak topics with content and challenging practice questions. If I notice any further difficulties with a specific topic, I will set homework in the form of practice questions that we can go through in later sessions. All of my teaching aligns with the relevant exam board specifications, whether you're working with AQA, Edexcel, or another board, to ensure everything we cover is directly applicable to your assessments.

Really impressed with Ella who prepared our son for his GCSEs.
