About Bob
I am a senior citizen, married, have a car and live in Netherlee Glasgow. I taught in Strathclyde University, Glasgow for 5 years teaching senior citizens to read music and play electric keyboards. This was a new venture for the University and was very successful. I formed a further music class in Biggars Music Studio in Glasgow. Unfortunately this was closed after 4 years, due to the large fire to the Art School, opposite the Studio. Subsequently I was teaching reading and playing music at Townhall Village Centre before closure due to the pandemic. During this time, and the last 30 years, I have been teaching children from 5 to 16 years to read music and play Piano and Keyboard. All students took graded examinations either from London or Trinity College of Music. All lessons were conducted in their own homes after school hours. I have 6 E/pianos and E/keyboards at home which I can give out on loan until students decide to purchase their own.
