About Alphonse
Patience defines my style as a teacher. I keep things grounded and practical at all times.
Having spent 12 years in songwriting and piano, I prioritize getting you to play real music from the first day. My Advanced Diploma of Music from Box Hill Institute shapes how I view the keyboard.
I enjoy breaking down complex scales and arpeggios into manageable parts for my students. Working through sight transposition and ear training should feel like an engaging puzzle rather than a chore.
My personal narrative remains simple because I focus on making your piano journey clear and direct. I ensure that my feedback is always specific and helpful for your long-term growth. Keys clicking under your fingers start the rhythm of our time together. You hear the resonance of a chord as we build custom sheet music arrangements for the songs you choose. I pull from my Advanced Diploma of Music to explain ear training and sight transposition in ways that click. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your pop skills, the process stays efficient.
