About Gwen
I have 9 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor's Degree in Piano Interpretation. Throughout my career, I have guided students through different stages of musical development while helping them build lasting skills and confidence. Teaching piano allows me to share my passion for music and education.
My teaching style emphasizes clarity, consistency, and personalized instruction. I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons to suit individual needs and learning preferences. Every learner receives encouragement and support throughout their journey.
Seeing students achieve goals and grow as musicians is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work. I enjoy helping learners discover their strengths and develop a lifelong appreciation for music. My aim is to make piano learning inspiring, rewarding, and enjoyable.

My piano lessons are designed to help students become well-rounded musicians through balanced technical and artistic development. We focus on reading fluency, hand coordination, finger independence, rhythm control, dynamics, articulation, and musical interpretation through structured learning experiences. Every lesson supports consistent improvement and deeper musical understanding.
I use technical exercises, repertoire exploration, sight-reading activities, listening tasks, and performance preparation strategies to strengthen musicianship. Students learn how to approach practice effectively while building confidence in their playing. Lessons encourage curiosity, discipline, and enjoyment.
Each learner receives a customized lesson plan based on personal goals and experience level. Whether studying for examinations, performances, auditions, or personal growth, students receive practical support and detailed feedback. My goal is to help learners become confident and expressive pianists.
