About Talia
I have 11 years of experience teaching piano, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Piano Pedagogy. My journey began with a strong love for music and teaching. Over time, I developed a passion for helping students understand music in a simple and enjoyable way. Teaching piano has allowed me to share this passion with learners of all levels.
My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and connection. I enjoy working with both individuals and groups, using duets and ensemble playing to improve timing and collaboration. I also focus on building confidence through performance and regular practice. Each student receives personalized guidance based on their goals and learning style.
Outside of teaching, I stay connected with music through practice, performance, and exploring new teaching methods. This helps me bring fresh ideas into my lessons. Teaching piano is very meaningful to me because I get to see students grow in confidence and skill. Helping them enjoy music is what makes my work rewarding.

My piano lessons focus on helping students build strong musical fluency from the very first session. I guide learners through finger independence, note reading, rhythm control, and coordination using simple and clear methods. Each lesson includes structured exercises that improve hand movement and timing, making playing feel natural and smooth. I also include duet playing and interactive activities to make learning more engaging. This helps students stay motivated and enjoy the process.
I support learners with different goals and learning styles. Some students want structured guidance, while others enjoy creative exploration. I balance both by providing clear instruction along with opportunities for expression. Lessons include sight reading, rhythm practice, and real-time playing techniques. I also help students build confidence in performing, whether in small groups or on stage. Each session is designed to match the student’s pace so they can learn comfortably.
As students continue learning, they develop stronger coordination, better rhythm, and more expressive playing. They begin to feel confident at the piano and enjoy music more deeply. My goal is to help learners build both technical skill and confidence so they can play with ease and enjoyment.
