About Vira
Music has been an important part of my life since childhood. My interest in piano eventually led me to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. During my studies, I developed a strong appreciation for both classical repertoire and modern musical styles. Over the past 6 years, I have worked with students of different ages and backgrounds, helping them build confidence and technical skill. Teaching allows me to share my passion for music while guiding learners through a structured and enjoyable learning process.
My teaching approach focuses on patience, clarity, and encouragement. I believe every student can learn piano successfully when lessons are explained step by step. I adapt lessons to match each student’s pace and goals. Some learners focus on classical music, while others prefer contemporary songs. By understanding each student’s interests, I help them stay motivated and excited about learning.
Outside teaching, I continue improving my musicianship through practice, listening, and musical study. These activities help me bring fresh ideas into my lessons. Helping students discover their musical ability and confidence is what makes teaching piano so meaningful to me.

My piano lessons focus on helping students develop strong musical foundations in a calm and supportive environment. I begin by teaching correct posture, hand position, and basic finger movement so students feel comfortable at the keyboard. Early exercises include simple scales, rhythm practice, and short melodies that help build coordination between both hands. I explain musical ideas clearly so learners understand how rhythm, pitch, and harmony work together. Students also practice reading sheet music so they gradually become independent musicians. Each lesson includes both technical practice and musical pieces that help students enjoy the learning process.
As students improve, we work on stronger rhythm control, smoother finger movement, and clearer tone production. Intermediate learners explore longer pieces, dynamic control, and expression through phrasing. I encourage students to listen carefully to their own playing so they learn how to adjust tempo and tone. Lessons also include practice strategies so students know how to improve effectively between sessions.
Piano study helps students develop patience, focus, and creativity. My goal is to make learning enjoyable while helping students grow steadily. Over time, learners gain confidence in reading music, playing pieces smoothly, and expressing emotion through sound. Watching students become comfortable at the piano is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.
