About Denis
Denis Gravina was born in France. He started playing piano at the age of five, in a school of music at Cousances Les Forges. He started his study in the conservatoire of Music of Bar Le Duc at the age of thirteen where he had a chance to study with Thierry Colas. Next year, he started to study at Conservatoire national of Music and Dance of Nancy where he pursued his academic studies. He had a chance to work with Anca Teculescu, Axel Pierrard and. He worked on aural skills and music theory with Renaud Ruse, Elysabeth Goldblatt, David Lemoigne, Aude Schumacher and harmony and music analysis with Jean Philippe Navarre. He worked as accompanist with choirs in France. Denis Gravina has participated in many masterclasses such as Sophie Agnel on improvisation in contemporary music. Following years he participated in a masterclass which took place in festival “Italia Di Terni” in Italy with Natasa Sarcevic and was travelling in Europe, Turkey to discover some culture in Music. Denis Gravina is currently teacher visitor in the London College of Music University of West. He also graduated for the Mmus Music performance with Jeremy Davies where he also had his Bmus music performance with Wilfrid Murray in the London College of Music.
