About Emily
I have been singing and playing instruments since I was tiny, music has shaped most of my life and I love sharing my passion with other people.
After earning Distinctions in Grade 8 on Oboe and Recorder, I decided to study Music at University.
I was a Singing Teacher for Stagecoach for 3 years whilst studying for my Bachelor of Music. I then moved to Oxford where I was a Singing Teacher for West Oxfordshire Academy of Performing Arts and an Oboe, Recorder and Singing Teacher for Oxfordshire County Music Service. I also ran various choirs around Oxfordshire and worked as a Musical Director for youth performing arts groups.
I also have a DipLCM and a Masters in Musical Theatre from Guildford School of Acting.

I am a fun, motivated and supportive teacher that will help you achieve your potential. I have experience teaching Beginner and Intermediate level Piano (Grades 1-5) to all ages, especially from age 4 to 18. I will tailor your lessons to your individual needs, whether you want to learn a new skill for fun or whether you are keen to get through your grades.
You can choose between 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour lessons, depending on your ability and instrument.
Learning and playing music is a challenge and a joy, lessons with me will bring just that!

She is very talented, friendly, patient, all qualities which make her an amazing teacher.She is one of the most patient, hardworking people I know. Not only this, but she is a fantastic listener, and will allow you to air any concerns you may have.
Emily was a fantastic teacher, and adapted superbly to having to teach over Zoom, still making it very enjoyable and beneficial. She also a brilliant musician in her own right!

I offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour lessons for all ages, no previous experience necessary.
Beginner & Intermediate: 30 mins = £22, 45 mins = £30, 1hr = £35.
Advanced & Expert: 30 mins = £25, 45 mins = £35, 1hr = £40.
