I give an interest assessment inventory of students' strengths and challenges and also present a realistic characterization of a hero or role model to help set goals. I have taught general music in public and private schools grade pre-K -12, as well as vocal music, group piano, and handbells. Seasonal special events and field trips were part of the teaching curriculum.
