About Vivienne
I am a piano tutor with more than 3 years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Music Technology focused on Keyboard Production. I love working with students who are interested in film, TV, and video game music, helping them bring their ideas to life.
My teaching style is interactive and personalised, designed to suit all levels. I focus on composition, melodic writing, orchestration, and sound design with synthesisers, along with practical DAW skills to produce professional-quality music. Lessons are creative, fun, and highly adaptable.
I have guided learners from Intermediate to Advanced, as well as professionals seeking to refine their craft. Together, we work on developing technical skills, musical expression, and compositional confidence.

I emphasise developing a strong musical ear for pianists, teaching students to identify chords, melodies, rhythms, and harmonic patterns by listening. Perfect pitch training is included when appropriate.
Lessons are personalised, hands-on, and suitable for all skill levels. Exercises include transcription, improvisation, and pattern recognition to reinforce auditory learning.
I work closely with composers and digital producers, helping them recognise musical structures without needing sheet music. Students build intuition and learn to trust their ears.
