About Olivia
I am a professional dancer with extensive experience in movement. I am certified in Pilates through Pilates Instructor Academy, where I have completed both Mat and Reformer certifications. I have spent 20 years discovering how the body moves and what we can do to prevent pain and move our bodies with strength and support. My goal is to provide a judgment-free environment in which you feel comfortable asking any questions and feel motivated.

I will work with you to achieve your own personal fitness goals as well as address whatever weaknesses that I can see myself.
