About Jessica
I am a pole fitness and stretch instructor and studio manager of an aerial arts school, I have over 20 years of stretching experience and have been teaching flexibility for 6 years. I have a related degree and qualifications relating to stretch instruction and anatomy. Over the years I have taught thousands of students!

I base my teaching on my own mixed method of Conditioning plus Dynamic and PNF stretches, strength and stability are important when it comes to safe flexibility training. I also help my students focus their mindset to positive response and teach them the many ways you can track progress.
