About Tilly
I have been giving private tutoring lessons since 2010, I have a BA in History and Politics from Oxford University and a Masters at distinction level in Culture, Criticism and Curation from Central Saint Martins, currently working in the arts. I tutor in History, Politics, English, essay technique and can offer editing advice for University students.

My teaching method is based on splitting the lessons between understanding the content, and understanding the approach to the content. I think it is important to look at essay technique, to link ideas within and outside the curriculum and to understand the context. My students have gone on to improve in A level and GCSE results, and have often reported enjoying their subjects more.
