About Will
I am a second year student at Newcastle University studying Politics. I am currently on track for a 1st class degree.
I am incredibly organised and independent. I run my own business, whilst working as a Business Development Associate for a friend's company, and also completing university work to a high standard.
I struggled academically when I was younger (5-8 years old) and having had a tutor who I became lifelong friends with, I understand the importance of inspiring students and instilling confidence in their abilities.
I emphasise the importance of 'having a go,' as well as teaching students that failure is a learning curve to success.
I am a fun, energetic, enthusiastic, and diligent individual who takes joy in others' success, and I look forward to teaching!

About me:
My name is Will, I am 21 years old and am currently a second year Politics under-graduate student at Newcastle University. As well as tutoring, I run my own business and work for a friend's company.
I am very enthusiastic and I find teaching young people a very self-rewarding and fulfilling role. As a student, I excel in explaining theories and concepts in a way that is relatable and understandable to young people, as well as encouraging students to push themselves into the 'deep end,' with constant emphasis on the idea that failure is only a learning curve to success!
I have previously worked as a teaching assistant at a day school in London for a year which I thoroughly enjoyed, and having been tutored myself at a young age, I have had first-hand experience of the methods that worked for me. Thus, I understand the most effective and appropriate ways to communicate ideas across to young students.
I am currently on track for a 1st class degree. I excel in English, with the majority of my politics assignments consisting of essay writing, consequently involving a high degree of grammatical work. I teach Spanish and English at GCSE level, as well as Sports Science at A-level. I achieved A's in both Spanish & English at GCSE, as well as an A in Sports Science at A-level.
My lessons are up to 1 hour long and I can't wait to get started!
