I've been taking lessons with Arnaud for a few years now, and I've learned so much — not just about the piano, but about music in general. I particularly appreciate his approach: he teaches music theory through the pieces we choose, which makes learning both concrete and motivating. I also love the way he encourages me to go further and push my limits, always with kindness. And we really have a lot of fun… even through a screen :)

Plus, the online course format makes everything much simpler.

Having a fairly rigid classical training and having no knowledge of jazz, I have always been impressed by the improvisational ability of jazz musicians. With his teaching method, Arnaud gave me a large amount of tools allowing me today to have a high enough level of improvisation that my girlfriend can no longer differentiate a new piece from an improvisation. I initially contacted Arnaud because my main interest was in jazz. With him, I learned how to play to accompany other musicians, how to play in a trio or solo, how to do walking bass and how to improvise, to name just a few topics. I have been taking classes with Arnaud for many years now and I am still learning new techniques and the subtleties of jazz every week.

Arnaud is an excellent teacher ! He helped me fall back in love with the piano again after a couple of years without playing.
